Money, Money, Money
If you have a charity close to your heart, why not encourage your guests to donate to it? Design some small cards explaining why the cause is so important along with a QR code. Guests can easily scan and donate their desired amount. Alternatively, make a larger donation yourself and put a sign on each table explaining your decision.
Purchase scratch cards for your guests and place inside envelopes with a catchy slogan and your names to add some personalisation. Lottery tickets are another fun idea!
Firepit Essentials
If your venue has a firepit it’s a great opportunity to provide your guests with the bits and bobs they need to enjoy it in the evening. Creating cute packages with everything you need to toast marshmallows will provide entertainment to guests of all ages. Sparklers are also a lovely addition and create beautiful photo opportunities around the firepit.
Food and Drink
Little pots of local honey or jam will always go down a treat. The jars can be reused by the guests to store trinkets, reducing the waste created by your day. Of course, little bags of Pick and Mix or love themed sweets can be enjoyed by everyone. Small shots of alcohol for the toast also work well. Remember to organize a non-alcoholic option for children or non-drinkers.
Disposable Cameras
Encourage your guests to get some candid shots throughout the day and evening using disposable cameras you leave on their tables. As they leave, ask them to leave the cameras in a box. Once you get the photos developed, create a scrapbook which captures the day from your guests’ perspective.
