Yep! We want to make sure we’re here to show you around. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing.

Take a look at our packages here.

Depends on your package (though we’ll always try to be flexible!) – and the bar is licensed until 12am.

Simply tell us you’re in and transfer your non-refundable deposit (£1,500 for weddings / £400 for party packages).

The barn comfortably seats up to 120 guests for a sit-down meal. For evening receptions and parties, you can cater for up to 180 guests.

Of course! We’re open 365 days a year and the barn is warm as toast in winter and the perfect temperature in summer too.

Yep, we’ve got rooms available! You’ve got the camping field available too.

Guests are welcome to bring their own tents or arrange glamping with an external supplier.

Inside the barn, absolutely! Acoustic music outdoors is no problem either.

It doesn’t, no. Our very own Over Farm Market provides some fantastic BBQ catering and pig roasts – if you’re interested, just ask!

We no longer allow this unfortunately.

We can allow ‘street food’ vendors to operate from the courtyard.

There’s a £200 pitch fee for this.

Usually, yes! Just give us the heads-up so we know what to expect and can give our consent.

For weddings, absolutely, but not for our party packages. If you would like to discuss a sit-down party, let us know and we’ll give you a quote for hiring the tables and chairs.

Our bar drinks are reasonably priced from £3.65 for alcoholic drinks and from £1.50 for soft drinks.

We offer a self-service hot drinks package which includes mugs, tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Yes! We’re a cash-free bar and take Apple and Android Pay.

We offer a range of drinks packages for arrival, toast and table drinks, including Pimms, prosecco and bottled beer/cider. If you’d like to bring your own drinks, there’s a £12.50 per bottle corkage fee for wine and bubbly (up to 750ml) – available for wedding packages only, up until 7pm.

Yes! We have a civil wedding licence.

The barn is hired on an exclusive basis, just be aware that it sits within a working farm where we have events running throughout the year.

Yes, as a separate hire – please ask.

Yes we have an undercover skittle alley in our courtyard, loved by both adults and children!

We are happy for you to use drawing pins for your decorations but not staple guns, glue or nails. Due to legislation, we are not able to provide guests with ladders, guests must bring their own if required.

Yes, available for background music and speeches.

Yes if they are enclosed in a glass container. Please remember to ‘flick the wick’ upright so they are ready for lighting.

You do! Most couples hand this job to the best man, but it’s totally up to you who you choose.

Yes, so long as it’s real petals. No glitter or any other cannons please!

Sorry, we don’t. As a farm, we’ve got lots of animals here and we don’t want to upset them! If you’d like a nice ambient setting, we can set up a fire in the courtyard (there’s a fee for the firewood). We don’t allow sparklers or paper sky lanterns.

That’s always a good idea. We’d strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance to cover all aspects of your wedding.

Unfortunately, despite offering it in the past, we can no longer make the trailer rides available to guests.

We’re more than happy to store flowers and decorations overnight for guests on the three-day wedding package. We can’t accept responsibility for any presents left at the venue though, so you’re best asking someone to take them home on the night.

There is plenty of parking available close to the barn to allow for the maximum capacity of the barn (180 guests).

While we don’t have a lift to the mezzanine level of the barn, the ground floor and courtyard has disabled access and a disabled toilet.

Yes, we will take care of this for you! Excludes food waste.

Cancellations made before the final balance is due (one month before the hire date) forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than one month before the hire date will lose 100% of the hire charge.
