Included in all Over Barn wedding packages
The barn can hold up to 180 people and comfortably seat up to 120 guests. Whichever wedding package you choose, you’ll have all the basics covered:
- Tables and chairs for up to 120 people
- Three high-chairs
- Water jugs and glasses for up to 120 people
- Glasses for welcome drinks, table drinks and toasts for up to 120 people
- A fully running, stocked and staffed bar
- Staff to serve welcome drinks, put out table drinks and pour toast drinks
- Hi quality speaker system including wireless mic and music plugin
- Crisp white table linen
Weekend wedding prices
Friday & Saturday
When you’re getting married on a weekend, you want to know you’ve got the time and space you need to make your celebration perfect.
That’s why all our single day weekend packages include hire of Over Barn from 9am until 12am the following morning, while our three-day weekend packages include the days before and after too.
When you choose a three-day package, you’ll have the barn from 9am on the Friday until 2pm on the Sunday so you can take your time setting up and taking down your decorations.

Mid-week wedding prices
Sunday - Thursday
When you book a mid-week wedding at Over Barn, you get just as much love and joy in the room, and a little more space in your budget.
Our mid-week wedding packages are available all year round apart from on bank holidays and Christmas Day, and include hire of Over Barn.
Our one-day mid-week wedding packages gives you the barn from 9am on the morning of your wedding until 12am the following morning. If you’d like a little longer, opt for one of our two-day packages, which includes hire from 9am on the day before your wedding too.

Some of our most romantic celebrations have taken place in the depths of winter, when you can exchange vows surrounded by the warmth of love in our enchanting venue. We offer even more cost-effective wedding packages in January or February, to encourage you to take those few chilly steps from the car into our toasty barn!
Plus we’ll do you a hog roast or a BBQ too! (Though if you’re after something a little different from a buffet-style meal, let us know and we’ll work out something delicious that still suits your budget.)
